how to sync outlook contacts and calendars w i phone

can anybody help me synchronize my i phone with 2007 outlook contacts and
calendar? everytime i plug-in my i phone to my pc, windows always just ask me
to open attached device with other application such as ms office publisher,
word and excel...need help please

You'll need to check with a support group for your iphone.
