How to synchronise my T-mobile phone calendar with Outlook pc?

Hi, I just got a bluetooth usb for my laptop and i've managed to download
some recordings and pictures from my mobile onto the laptop with it but I
can't work out how to synchronise the calendar in my phone with Outlook or
transfer the contacts list from the phone to Outlook. Any help really
appreciated.
