How to synchronize a shared calendar?

I have a few shared calendars on our exchange server, and
one person would like to be able to synchronize it with
his outlook so he can see it on the road. He already
uses cached exchange mode but it seems this only
synchronizes his account information.

Any help would certainly be appreciated.

Not possible. The user could copy the calendar into his own mailbox and
synchronize the copied information, though.
