how to synchronize outlook phone book with my pocket PC

Setting up your partnership should allow you to specify the direction of the
sync. Tell it to send the desktop values to the PDA.

It keeps on teling me on the active sync screen that (sync status is on the
device) for contacts, calendar and inbox.
