How to syncronize business contacts blackberry

I've just installed this update. I have a BlackBerry that synchronizes my
contacts wirelessly. If I move any contacts from my Outlook contacts to
Business contacts, they are no longer in the Outlook contacts and disappear
from my BlackBerry. I can keep a copy in both places, but if the details
change, I then have to update both. Not good practice. Is there a way to
synchronize betweent the outlook and business contacts? Our IT people will
probably not be able to / allow me to syncronize from Business contacts to my
BlackBerry.
