How to Tab Scroll in Form?

Hello,

I have a form "Data Entry" with a sub form "Data1." Data1 contains a long
list of Bird names in a two columns following listing conventions. The tab
order is down column 1 then to the top of column 2. The subform does not fit
on my screen so I need to scroll down to the bottom to see the lower half of
the list. Is there a way that I can set the properties to continuously scroll
down the list using the Tab key action?
