How do you stop the Outlook pop-up warning "A program is trying to access
email addresses stored in Outlook". I would like to stop automatic access to
my email address list.

You want to stop the warning and /allow/ the access, or stop the waning
and /deny/ the access? Your question is not clear on that.

If you want to stop the warning & allow the access, try googling on
"outlook redemption" with or without the quotes.

I want to stop the access and the warning. I deny access now and there seems
to be no problems with my mail in Outlook.

either way, suggest you post the question to an Outlook newsgroup. this
newsgroup answers questions about tables and database design using MS Access
relational database software.

Ok, so a program on your PC is trying to access the Outlook address
book. Outlook is giving you a warning about that. You want to stop that
warning and /deny/ the other program's access to the Outlook address
book.

Surely the right answer is, to find out /what/ other progam is trying
to access the Outlook address book, and then stop that program doing
so. Perhaps it has an option to stop. Or perhaps it is a virus, in
which case, you should take steps to get rid of it.

Otherwise, it's a bit like asking: "My engine is emitting smoke, how
can I conceal that smoke?". The answer is, you don't conceal it. You
find out what is causing it!

The program is some antivirus setting in Outlook itself asking this question
each time I want to reply to an email. This has started from a clean hard
drive after I reloaded my Office XP and downloaded the patched etc. I could
not explain all this in the original post as the number of words was limited.

So, you open an email *in Outlook*; click reply; type your reply; click
Send; then Outlook complains that a program is trying to access the
Outlook Address book?

That is rather unlikely IMHO.

Try your question in an Outlook newsgroup. As tina said, it's nothing
to do with designing tables in Microsoft Access, the database product -
the actual topic of /this/ newsgroup.
