How to track chagnes when you forgot to activate TRK? Office 2003

Hi,

I have a document in which I would like see the changes from the day it was
created (2 months ago) up to today.

However, I forgot to turn on the TRK or the Track Changes function.

When I search the online help I ended up in the metadata topic of which is
too complex for novices like me.

Is there any way I can do this?

If you still have a copy of the document as it was before you made the changes,
you can use Tools > Compare and Merge Documents to make a third copy that
contains the same markup as if you had used Track Changes.

If all you have is the final document, though, Word doesn't have any way to know
where the changes are.
