How to track children names for a contact

D

dlshome

I have a number of Aunt's and Uncle's with mature and married children. I am
looking for a field to track children names (from 1-4 children) each of which
may have a new married surname.

I am using Outlook 2002

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

You can add user-defined fields for this purpose and when information is
added to these fields, they will show up on the All Fields tab of the Contact
form when you choose "User-defined fields in this item" from the dropdown
box. Add the new fields to a custom table view of the Contacts folder first
-- it will be easier that way.
