How to transfer a Access Databse from one computer to another?

We have Access databse of address's on our desktop computer. We now want to
transfer that address database to our new laptop that has Access on it. How
do we move the address database from the desktop to the laptop?

Copy onto a memory stick, or a directory that is accessible to both the
desktop and laptop; then copy the file from there to the laptop.
