How to transfer Autocorrect from Office X to 2004?

when i installed office 2004, none of my autocorrect entries moved
over from office X so i am starting from scratch. how do i get my

You should be able to drag the files to a text editor to open. You can then
copy and paste the info into the new 2004 files. Note there was a name
change from X to 2004.

Entourage 2004: Microsoft Office ACL [English] located in
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/

Entourage X: ³MS Office ACL [English]² located in
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/

You also might find the Normal file contains your autocorrect entries too.

Actually, they're fine to just change the name on the file as you
describe below. It's the same file format.
