How to transfer macros and autocorrect entries from old to new PC

How do I transfer my macros and autocorrect entries from my old PC to my new
laptop? It took me years to compile all these shortcuts, and I'd hate to
have to start all over again entering them. Please help!

In Word, macros are stored in the Normal.dot template by default
unless you specify another location, and can be transferred from
one template to another using the Organizer feature in Tools |
Templates and Addins. See
