How to transfer messages from an Exchange POP3 to an IMAP mailbox?

We have existing users w/pop3 accounts on Exchange 2003.

Want to switch them to IMAP accounts on Exchange 2003.

After creating an IMAP account, how do I transfer pop3 emails to IMAP using
Outlook?

I have experimented and looks like an import of their .pst file might work?

But, is their a MS document on this process?

Also-does anyone know of a good user manual for Outlook IMAP usage? One for
the average user. IMAP is quite different than POP3 usage.
