how to transfer office home & student to new laptop

I bought the full Office Home & Student when the trial package was bundled on
a laptop. Now I have a new laptop with Office Professional bundled, but I
want to continue with Home&Student which I really like and is just what I
need. How do I transfer Home&Student from my old laptop to the new one? I've
tried all the 25-character keys I can find, to no avail. Please help, anybody?

I assume the new Laptop has a trial version?
On your other laptop read the EULA if it states OEM it cannot be
transferred.
The major difference between pro & H&S versions is that pro includes outlook
and it can be used in a commercial environment, all other apps are the same.
