How to transfer Options from Word 07 and Outlook 07 to a new comp

Lost In Office

I've set up my personal preferences and accounts in Word and Outlook in my
old computer. Is there a way to easily transfer these to the new computer?
Also running XP SP3 and Office 2007 Enterprise ed.
