How to transfer & synchronize on MS Outlook?

Dear everyone,

I would like to know if it would be possible to download, i.e. transport,
data from an online forum. I am a member of another online forum and need to
download and synchronize a number of email from the forum to MS Outlook.

Depends on what you mean by a forum. Outlook can pull messages from
Exchange, POP, and IMAP servers. it can also pull messages from
Hotmail/MSN. Current versions can also receive RSS feeds. If you "forum"
is not a mail or RSS server then Outlook can't get messages from it.

Depends what exactly you mean by Forum.
If by forum you mean as an example, this forum, then msgs within this forum
cannot be transported or otherwise saved to your local system unless you use
a newsreader, eg Outlook Express
