How to translate e-mail in Thai?

I installed Thai language and it's on the language toolbar. I can type in
Thai, but is not making sentences. How do I compose and read e-mail in Thai?
I have Windows XP and Office XP Pro.

Do you need a translation service or can your read and write Thai and
something is not working on the computer?
