How to translate Traditional Chinese to Simplified .. No reconvert can be found

I have multilanguage pack installed but I don't know how
to translate between traditional and simplified
chinese ?? According to HELP, I cannot find reconvert
command when I right click the character, is there any
tricky ?? tks..
