I want to convert a one page document into a .jpg or .bmp, etc., to
attach to an e-mail.
I need to do this because the folks on the addressee list have all
kinds of variations in their versions and setup of MSWord. If I just
send out the .doc version of the file, they give me comments about
formatting that don't apply because the document was formatting just
fine when it was sent. It just had screwed-up formatting when they
opened it in their version of MSWord.
If I sent it out as a .jpg, they could open it in any program (word
processor or otherwise) and see exactly what the document is supposed
to look like.
Are there any other solutions to this problem? Something more elegant
maybe?
If not, then my quest is to find a way to turn something posted to the
clipboard into a .jpg. (besides having to print it out and then scan
it)
thanks for any info,
Lew
