I'm trying to learn how to use the Outline View in Word 97 as a way to
store a bunch of article I copy from web sites.
But I can't figure out how to turn the text of the article into
so-called "body text."
When I paste the article under the title heading, each paragraph in the
article seems to be formatted as a separate heading.
What I'd like to end up with is something like a table of contents
showing and outline structure of article titles, and when I click on
one of the articles titles, that article would open up and fill the
window so I could read it.
Perhaps the Word outline view is not suited to this sort of thing. I'd
be grateful for some help figuring out how to make this work.
