I've always used AutoPreview, and the behavior has always
been the same: new messages display the first few lines,
but read messages do not. That's how I like it, as my
inbox appears too cluttered to have AutoPreview on for
read messages.
I recently started a new job, and am using Outlook 2003.
If I turn AutoPreview on, the first few lines are
displayed for ALL messages in my inbox. How can I set
this to only work on unread messages. I have OL2003 at
home and at my previous job, but did not experience this
issue.
Also, running on WinXP Professional.
Thanks,
Drew
