How to turn off contact dialing options in outlook 2007?

when i fill contact cards with phone numbers, i get a query about dialing
options, and it just won't go away. :-/ how to turn that annoying thing off?
(please don't tell me: just don't fill out phones in your contacts.

You must set your default dialing location correctly for your operating

Set your dialing properties in Windows' Control Panel.

Why does my OS need to have dialing location set? This thing operates
over a feeble satellite. The last thing I want is for it to think it
can dial anyone up...

Because Outlook uses the Windows setting to correctly format the phone
nunbers.
