How to turn off reminder

Every time I start up Visio 2007 I get the following pop-up window:

For best performance, you need to download and install a component for
Microsoft Office Visio 2007.

Download or Remind Me Later

When I select Download it takes me to:

XMLLite for Windows XP (KB915865) - XmlLite is a lightweight component for
parsing and writing XML files. This component is used by several applications
such as Visio 2007 and IE7.

How do I disable this pop-up?

Thanks in advance.

Install the XMLLite update KB915865. That update is used to improve the
performance of saving and opening Visio XML Drawings (*.vdx).

I am experiencing the same problem: when I startup Visio, I get the popup asking for installation of an additional component, which, when I click "Download", takes me to "XMLLite for Windows XP (KB915865)". After installing XMLLite, however, the popup keeps coming back every time when I start the program. Nothing grave, but annoying nevertheless. How can I get out of this?

(I run Windows XP Pro SP 2 with Office 2003 and recently added Visio 2007)

Installing the update should get rid of the prompt. Have you verified the
update is listed in the control panel Add/Remove Programs with Updates
checked?
