How to turn off the "Delete block No (Yes)" on status bar

After selecting text and pressing delete, a prompt appears on the status bar,
"Delete Post No (Yes)"

How do I disable that prompt so the delete key just deletes?

On the General tab of Tools | Options, clear the check boxes for both the
items that refer to WordPerfect.
