How to turn off the security warning when opening hyperlinks?

I have added several buttons to my toolabar to open various high-usage files,
set up as hyperlinks to the files. But each time I click on the button I get
a message: "Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer and data. ... Do you
want to continue?" Then I have to click Yes to open the file. This is a
nuisance. Isn't there any way to flag certain files/links as trusted so that
I can open the file via a hyperlink button without getting this annoying
message?

You can disable the prompt entirely but it's not document or location
specific:

However, it sounds like what you really want is the Work menu which enables
you to add your frequently used documents:
