How to turn off thumbnail view wen inserting images

Hi,

when I insert images in Word 2007, the file dialogue always comes up
in thumbnail view. Can I turn this off? Do I possibly need a hotfix?

My files are all stored on a WebDAV share and Word going through all
folders takes too long (>45 min) so far.

Hi Jochen,

On Windows XP in Word 2007's Insert=>Picture choose the View menu at the top right of the dialog to set the view choice and then
cancel the dialog and restart Word to check. The default behavior is to remember the last view set.
