how to turn paragraph sideways

In order to print my card I have to turn it sideways (5 X 10) How do I get
the writing to be sideways so it will print out as a birthday card (10 X 5)?

If this is a table cell you can change its text direction (place the
insertion point in the cell, right-click and choose Text Direction from the
context menu).
