how to type in text box so it adds to a list box?

How do i have people type in a text box and when they push enter it adds to a
list box???

That would fall under web programming versus web design. And is out of
Publishers ability. If you wanted to develop on the Microsoft platform with
asp.net visit http://www.asp.net, where you can locate tutorials on listbox
controls.
