How to type this exactly as in photo to Word?

To add the 'o' with the circumflex, click on Insert > Symbol > More symbols and click on the symbol you want. The shortcut key for this character is Ctrl + ^,o (likewise using a capital O in the shortcut will result in a capital O with a circumflex).
In terms of the layout, it might be best to use a table with three lines and three columns, with invisible borders. Have the names on three lines on the left, then merge the lines of the middle column together and insert the } symbol (again, you can insert it as above, although you may need to increase the size), and use the final column for the 'Three Members of the Club' bit of text.
