how to UNDELETE RECORDS from a table

all records were manualy delete form a table (to prepare
the new year) but it was wrong.

How can i restore it ?

You can't*, except by restoring from a backup.

*If you haven't done anything else in the database, and it hasn't been
compacted, then it is *possible* that a database recovery service such
as www.pksolutions.com can retrieve the data from most of your records,
at a price. If it's that urgent, you should contact them to see if they
can help, and how much it will cost.
