How to undelete task

I accidentaly deleted all tasks in Outlook. How can I restore them? Outlook
help directs me to do ti through to Business Office tools, but I can't find
it.

Drag them from the Deleted Items folder back to the Tasks folder. If they
are no longer in the Deleted Items Folder, restore from your most recent
backup..
