How to undo Form Code

In one of my forms, I accidently clicked on the "Edit Form Code..." button
and it brought up Visual Studio. I didn't mean to add any code so I just
closed VS.

Now, when I try to publish my form to a doc library, I get a message saying
that "An administrator must approve this form template before it can be
filled out by using a browser."

How do I get the form back into a state that allows me to publish directly
to a document library?

I just figured it out. In Form Options, under the programming category,
there is a button "Remove Code" which will do the trick!
