How to undo restriction on "click to following link"

Lately I am unable to open Internet pages from my incoming mail. If I click
on following link, it opens up a warning box saying: "This operation has been
canceled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator".
How can I undo this restriction?
