how to unhide a folder if already given hide command

Dear sir,
I gave hide command to one of my folder in word and now
iam trying to open it and its not opening what should i
do and please give me instruction about it as i have save
important file in that folder in xpwindow.I will be
really thankful for your this cooporation.
