How to uninstall Microsoft Office OneNote 2007?

My PC running under Windows Vista Home Basic has Microsoft Office 2007
installed recently. Though I had selected my preferred programs, i.e. Excel,
PowerPoint and Word, I was puzzled by the inclusion of OneNote during the
setup. Is the latter compulsory, not an optional one? If no, I appreciate
it much if any advice on how to uninstall it will be given, as I have tried
the 'remove' feature.

Apparently you have the "Home and Student" edition. Is there some reason
why you want to uninstall OneNote? If so you should be able to do it under
Control Panel | Programs and Features.

Hello! I too would like to uninstall office onenote, because I have a problem with this program. Every file i open, whether it is a pdf file, or any other, and when I try to print something directly from a web adress, it is always sent to onenote for printing, and I don't want that!
Can you help me solve this problem? Or tell me how I can uninstall onenote?
