how to uninstall outlook while on DSL

I'm trying to uninstal the Outlook program that I got from Cavalier DSL in
Virginia. A password entry screen comes up, where there is a sign-in name
aand pass word saved in it that I did not enter nor change. When I try to
remove the program, a message reads that it cannot remove the program because
it is currently running. I've tried to turn off the DSL, but that didn't
seem to work. What do I do to remove this program and reinstall it?

you need to close outlook. if it is closed, look in task scheduler and see
if it;'s still running.
