How to uninstall Project Svr 2007

[Newbie]

Hello,
I tried to install Project Server 2007 but the installation failed at the
last step.
So I tried to uninstall Project Server, Project Pro, Office 2007... but
while I click the Remove button in "Control Panel / Add or Remove programs",
*nothing* happens !
What can I do?

Hi Newbie,

I assume you were running Beta releases of Office 2007. I don't know if
the following Knowledge base article will help to address the problems
with the removal of the Beta products but you may want to give it a
read.

Thanks a lot Julie,

This link was very interesting. This procedure worked for almost every 2007
(beta) piece...except for Project Professional ;-(
I think I'll have to format the disk...

Newbie,

I had the same scenario on one of my test laptops. I tried uninstalling
Project Professional 2007 B2 about 10 times without success. For some reason
in then worked with my 11th attempt or so - although I didn't do anything
else then with my previous attempts...

Maybe you'll give it another try... Still better than having to format your
entire disk.

Thanks. So I'm not the only one with this problem... But I tried so many
times that eventually I formatted the disk.
NB : I'm working on a laptop too.

Sorry the link didn't work for Project 2007 and you had to resort to
formatting. I hope all is going better now.
