How to uninstall the EWS Beta?

Email Client: Exchange

I installed the Beta. Now Entourage will not connect with exchange. There are no diagnostics. There is no log, and I do not have time for this. I am using Outlook under parallels in the meantime.
I really just want to get back to before the Beta. I have Time Machine installed, and I have a recent backup and I know when I installed the Beta. I do not care about losing messages.
Mechanically, what do I do to revert to pre beta. I am relatively new to Mac and Office 2008. I have no idea where things are stored.

All information about the beta in on Microsoft's Connect website. You'll
need to log in to the Connect website, where you downloaded the beta,
and read the "Read Me".
