How to unique records to the Users

I have the requirement that No two user should get the
same information from the same table.One idea i got was to
use a flag.Any other suggestion is highly appreciated

Thanks for the suggestion.This application is being
developed for the testing team, to avoid jumping on
other's data.

Is it possible to generateAutonumber fields during make
table query ??
