I WANT TO EDIT MY DOCYMENT BUT AT AT THE BOTTOM STATES

I REALLY NEED TO EDIT THE DOCUMENT. CAN U REPLY THE STEPS FOR ME TO DO AS TO

Ask the person who gave you the document. They're the one who can give you the password if there is one.

And turn off the Caps Lock key so it doesn't look like you're shouting.
