how to unlock a form created using Infopath to edit the tables?

I created a form using Infopath, and I locked it so that users cannot edit
the tables. Now I need to edit the tables, but I cannot unlock the form to
get into Design mode. Is this locked permanently or is there a way to unlock
it?
