How to unlock an protected docs in Word 2007, Win Vista

I am using Win Vista. And I have a Word 2007 docs with protected forms.
Please help to advise how can I unprotect this docs (do not know the
password). I am not able to use Insert/File as in Word 2003 as I am using Win
Vista, Word 2007. Thanks a lot for your help.

The same method works in Word 2007?

Insert > Click the arrow next to Object > Text from File.
