how to unlock db

my db tables and forms is locked . i can't access it. I was moving from one form to another perhaps too fast and then the db is locked . i see the name of db with a lock attached to the icon. i want to know how to unlock it. please

Are you working with a MDB or MDE file?

What happens when you open the file?

If it's a MDE, you will not be able to "unlock" it, but you can open open
the file and work with it.

The lock on the icon that you see indicates to me that you are looking at a Locking
Database File (.LDB), not a database file (.MDB or .MDE). Click on View > Details. Is
this file fairly small--in the range of 1 KB?
