How to update Access Table with Excell Data

I have a work book for data entry. It creates 1200
piecies of data. I have maped these data to a column in a
seperate worksheet. I have been able to print data to
delimited txt file.

I would like to automaticly publish this data to a access
table.

Any suggestions?

Access handle the data migration using SQL.
