How to Update Resource Views

I've programmtically updated the RBS values for the resources using an SQL
program; and this can be verified in the Resource Center, in edit window.
But the values won't show up in the top level Resource Center view. How do I
update this view? I opened up a resource in Project Pro, saved it, checked
it back in, but that didn't help. Also, in Project Pro, I can't see the RBS
value for a given resource that I can see in the PWA edit screen. Any
suggestions?
