how to upgrade a vsd file to open in Enterprise Architect edition

When I try to open a UML diagram created in visio 2003 in a EA edition, a
error message is displayed. The vsd is created in a newer or unknown version
of visio. please check on upgrade in http://www.microsoft.com/office/visio

What should I do to open this file in EA

If you are using Visio 2003 EA then you can't use this as it is really
Visio 2002 !

Thanks. Now I understand why the error says as earlier version. But I did
open it in EA version. I saved the vsd as visio 2002 drawing and then opened
in EA to get almost 90% of my work. The field types were changed but thats ok
since I needed the class diagrams and their relationships only.
