How to Upgrade Office SBS 2003 to Office XP Pro?

Is there a simple way to perform this upgrade. I can not
find any doc on this. I tried putting in the cd but it
loaded a second copy of office not an upgrade.

Office XP pro is a downgrade as Office 2003 SBE is a newer version of
Office.
