How to upgrage from 97 to office Small Business 2003?

What are the proceedures to upgrade from Office 97 pro to Office Small
Business Edition 2003 w/ Business Contact Manager? Step-By-Step procedures
and I also would like to keep the Access 97 until I purchase the Access 2003
update latter in 2005?

Manager - you qualify for the upgrade package since you are upgrading from
Office 97. Put in the CD, and install.
