How to upload web site

Web publishing problem

When I try to upload my web page Publisher gives me this message: cannot save
.... the folder is marked read only. It never happend before. What am I doing
wrong?

I went to that page to see if I could work out my problem and there is not
one thing there to tell me how to fix the problem it was a waste of time.
