how to us the pointer in toolbox?

Hi,

when designing a form, there is a pointer in the toolbox (first row left)..
How can i use it? Do i have to click, to drag ... ?

You need to have the Pointer selected in the toolbox when you're trying to
select a given control on your form. It's not a case that there's a pointer
object you can insert onto the form.
